The Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev initiated the construction works on the new road connection, beginning at the “Brussels” Boulevard, to the new passenger terminal of Sofia Airport. The event took place on an improvised feast, attended by the Mayor of Sofia Boiko Borisov, representatives of the company-executor of the construction works, Sofia Airport, builders, specialists etc. In his speech the Minister emphasized that the road connection is an important element from the accomplishment of the whole Sofia airport development project, and that he hopes the road connection will be built for one year.
