The Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev discharged from office the director of GD "Civil Aviation Administration" Georgi Stoianov. The Position will be occupied by Zachary Aleksiev - aviation consultant, with many years in the transport system, including work on projects of The International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO and the European Union. Zachary Aleksiev has graduated the Military School in Dolna Mitropolia, as aviation engineer. He has specialized in ICAO, European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) and Joined Aviation Authorities (JAA).
