The Executive Agency "Maritime Administration" starts today a new internet portal - http://www.marad.bg/. The main goal is to facilitate the user access to the available information, presented in a modern manner. Contemporary technology has been used to create the site, so that a better functionality and richness of the content is being achieved, as well as a full compatibility with the internet portal of the Ministry of Transport.

The advantages of the new portal are:

  • Possibility for searching by a keyword or a phrase, extended search by separate rubrics, followed by sorting of the results by name and date.
  • Easy access to the archived  materials. Usage of e-calendar.
  • Download possibility in PDF, HTML, DOC and other formats, as well as an option to save the content of every page of the portal in PDF format.
  • Implementation of modern technologies, ensuring a high level of security and data protection in case of remote and local exploitation.
  • Keeping of statistics for its users and detailed information for every single page (rating).
  • maintains of the information in Bulgarian and English versions.

The navigation inside the portal allows, in every single moment and from every page, to establish a connection to the homepage or to the previous page.
