General Directorate "Civil Aviation Administration" made a Presentation to the EC committee for aviation safety in Brussels. The committee expressed their satisfaction, regarding the measures taken; as a result no one Bulgarian air company (passengers or cargo) will be included into "Black List", part of the newly prepared Regulation. The restrictions inflicted by GD "CAA" to five air companies, do not presume that they will be included into a "black list", but the recommendations made through the Regulation demonstrate our engagement for strict control upon the EU requirements observation for flight exploitation of the aeronautical means. The Bulgarian Aviation authorities received a credit of thrust, regarding the implementation of the aeronautics control. If included into a "black list" the air companies were going to lose the operation license and would have no right to fly in the EU members countries, including Bulgaria. 74,4% of the remarks from the examination, done by EASA, are connected with the human factor, the crews and the flights organization. The other notes concerned the technical condition of the airplanes to accomplish concrete flights. The type certificates, the flight condition and the system for technical service of the airplanes are not object of discussion on this regulation. The commission declared that it will observe closely the situation and the control exercised by the Bulgarian aviation authorities with the support of EASA. The air companies are already familiar with the remarks, in connection with the examinations accomplished on SAFA and have developed their plans for corrections, which GD "CAA" has insist to be strictly observed.
