The Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev will visit Varna. Tomorrow, Mart 16, 2007 he will attend the start of the PHARE program project “Vessel Traffic Management and Information System – Phase 2” – VTMIS-2. The event will take place in Directorate “Maritime Administration” – Varna, at 11 o’clock. The Deputy Minister of Transport Daniela Nikiforova, representative of the EU Commission in Sofia, The Director-Executive of EA ”Maritime Administration” captain Nikolai Apostolov, the Director of Directorate “Maritime Administration” Varna captain Alexander Parvanov, experts from EA”MA”, as well as the executors of the project. Minister Mutafchiev will give a press-conference at 11.30 o’clock.
