The European Commission declared April 27, 2007 for a Common European Day for Road Safety. On this occasion the Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev presented to Parliament deputies the European Road Safety Charter additionally he acquainted them with the Bulgarian Initiative "I am Saving Human Life!" It is part of the first UNO Global week for road safety. During the presentation Minister Mutafchiev called the deputies to participate in the initiative. The European Road Safety Charter was handed out to the deputies by children from the National Club "Bi-Bit".
