Minister Mutafchiev Signed the Contract for Port Terminal Oriahovo 04.07.2007

The Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev and the Director – Executive of “Slanchev Dar” AD, Varna Svetlozar Dichevski signed today the concession contract for Port Terminal Oriahovo, part of Port Lom – Object – public state property.
 
The port territory is 12300 quadrate meter.
 
The terminal has two wharf slots for handling freights and post and one wharf slot for servicing passengers.
 
Concession payment, carried out by the Concessionaire:

• A single time concession payment of 20 000 levs;
• Fixed part of the annual concession payment – 5 112,92 Euro;
• Variable part of the annual concession payment – 10 per cent from the increase of the total amount of the gross income from the accomplished port services of the concession object for the running year, towards the basis gross income – 105000 Euro.

Investments for the concession period, which the concessionaire is obligated to make:

• To the amount - not less than 1 200 000 levs, for the first two years of the concession time;
• To the amount - not less than 2 400 000 levs, for the first 10 years of the concession time, including the investment for the first two years.

The time for the concession is 25 years
