The Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev gave a certificate for registration of training courses accomplishment for the qualification "Driver Qualification Card". The Certificate was received by the President of the Bulgarian Society of the Associations of the Automobile Branch (BASAT) Miroliyb Stolarski. The Event took place today in the Ministry of Transport. During the ceremony the Transport Minister expressed his belief that the certificate will improve the cervices connected with the public transportations. From his side, the President of BASAT declared that they will continue to be very strict towards the training of the drivers accomplishing transportation of passengers and freights. The driver's education and the issuing of the cards are connected with the requirements of the Directive 2003-59 of the European Union.
