Minister Tsvetkov Ordered All Expenses of the Ministry to Be Minimized 29.07.2009

The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Aleksandar Tsvetkov ordered all expenses of the ministry, the executive agencies and the secondary administrators in the system to be minimized, according to advisability.

The expenses for official trips and specializations abroad, desk-phones and mobile phones, fuel for the official cars, consultancy contracts, seminars, office equipment, computers and other fixed assets, as well as repairs should be carefully analyzed.

The preparation of the documents for public procurement under the regulation of the public procurement and the sub regulations acts may be started after the presentation of report which proofs the advisability of the outlay, as well as its approval by the minister.

The heads of the secondary administrators are not entitled to assume responsibility for costs over the amount of the funds provided from the budget for the year 2009.
