Minister Tsvetkov Assigned the Companies to Optimize Their Costs 29.07.2009

The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Aleksandar Tsvetkov assigned the privately-owned companies with state participation and the state enterprises from the system of transport to optimize their costs. They have to implement measures to reduce costs, to increase the revenue, as well as to improve collection of receivables, in order to surmount the negative impact of the financial crisis.

In the analysis, which are part of their monthly reports the companies should include a motivated study of the reasons leading to changes in the incomes end the outlays, as well as a report for the results of the activities undertaken to prevail the negative influence of the financial crisis.

The companies and the state enterprises are required to prepare a list of the planed procedures for the time until the end of the year 2009 under the regulation of the public procurement, the regulation for small public procurement, as well as under article 290 and the commercial low; also a list of the planed procedures, which can not be carried out. It should be accompanied by information concerning the expected effect on the financial - economical condition of the company as a result of the failed implementation of these procedures.
