Parvan Rusinov is the third Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications. His activity field will be the information technology and communications.

Parvan Rusinov has graduated in low in the "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Sofia with master grade. He has excellent command of English and Russian languages.   

So far, he has occupied positions in the State Telecommunications Commissions, the Communications Regulation Commission and BTC, where he held the position Director of Regulation and Competition.
