The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Aleksandar Tsvetkov opened the school year in the 9^th French High School "Alphonse de Lamartine".

Today is a special day for both you and for me, because years ago I had the good fortune to study in this school, said Minister Tsvetkov. He said also that the French High School gives many opportunities for professional development and wished success to the students and patience to the teachers.

The government has a clear vision directed towards the transformation of the education into working system and working capital. Therefore, the focus is on the relationship between schools, universities, science and business, also said Minister Tsvetkov.

The ceremony was attended also by the Ambassador of France in Bulgaria  Etienne de Poncins, as well as representatives of the French Culture Institute. The students from the preparation classes were met with the ceremony "toss of carrots and cabbage in the air".
