Experts from MTITC Examined the Last Recordings from the Inspection of ”Ilinden” 17.09.2009

The investigating group appointed by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications rejoined the operation on the extraction of the sunken ship "Ilinden" yesterday.

In the presence of Macedonian Judge, professors from the Technical University of Macedonia and Croatian divers they examined the video material from the last underwater inspection and the sonar measurement.

Transport accidents experts from MTITC reported that till midday the commission will take the final decision regarding the extraction of the sunken vessel.

The expectations are that the operation will start tomorrow, September 18th.
