We are inviting you on September 18th 2009, at 11.00 am, in the building of MTITC, Hall 3, to the official ceremony on bestowing of the first driver qualification card within the European Union, with the attendance of Minister Tsvetkov. The team of MTITC will announce to the public the requirements for obtaining of this card, as well as results from inspections, ordered by Minister Tsvetkov and accomplished by Automobile Administration until now.
