The Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Kamen Kichev bestowed today the first Qualification Card to the Driver Franz Nachev. This card certifies the successful graduate of a specialized education. The knowledge and the abilities are connected with the professional training of the drivers who transport passengers and freights.

The education itself and the issuing of this card is a long-term process, included in the European legislation, and a period of five years is foreseen for all professional drivers to pass such education.
