MTITC Has Reached an Agreement for Doubling the Permissions with Belarus 18.09.2009

Representatives of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications together with the Automobile Administration, have reached an Agreement with Belarus, for doubling the permissions quota for accomplishment of automobile transportation of passengers.

This happened during a session of the Bulgarian - Belarusian mixed commission on international automobile transport, which took place this week in Minsk. The last session of the commission has been carried out in the year 2005. This hinders the actualization of the bilateral agreements in the field of automobile transport till that moment.

The achieved agreement will guarantee the automobile transportation of the increasing number of Belarusian tourists visiting the Bulgarian resorts. For the last year their number has increased by 41%.
