The Young Scientists are Always Welcome in the Administration The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Aleksandar Tsvetkov attended the ceremony, on which the President bestowed the prize "John Atanasov" for the Year 2009. This year winner of the reward for personal contribution in the development of the information and communication technology in Bulgaria is Martin Vechev On the occasion of the reward Minister Tsvetkov emphasized that the Bulgarian Government works for the creation of conditions for scientific and professional development in the field of information technology. The young people are always welcome in the administration. In Bulgaria there is already infrastructure and equipment, which corresponds to the international standards, also said the Minister.
