Minister Aleksandar Tsvetkov Welcomed the Released Bulgarian Sailors of the St. James Park Tanker 21.05.2010

The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Aleksandar Tsvetkov welcomed at Varna airport the released Bulgarian sailors of the St. James Park Tanker. 

The five sailors are coming back after spending 5 month in the hands of the Somali pirates. Their ship was hijacked on December 29, 2009 in the Gulf of Aden. At the airport the sailors were met by their relatives, representatives of the media and other official persons.

Earlier that day Aleksandar Tsvetkov participated in the opening of the international regatta „Tall ships – historical seas” 2010.
