MTITC organized a discussion with IT directors for defining the 100 e-services that will be implemented with funds from the OPAC 03.11.2010

Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications / MTITC / organized a panel discussion with CIOs from the state administration for carrying out the project "Improving the quality of public services to citizens and businesses, including through the development of e-Government”. The project is funded by the Operational Programme "Administrative Capacity", financed by the EU through the European Social Fund.

The goal is from the existing 2000 administrative services 100 to be selected for electronic realization. This process will be achieved not only with the help of IT specialists in the ministries and agencies but also with representatives of consumers and companies that develop e-services. The project is expected to define steps for implementing each of the services, rules will be developed for building the systems that provide the services (reference models) to the central and municipal administrations and the eGovernment portal will be upgraded.
During the forum it was highlighted that Coordination Council of IT directors from the central administration would be established.  It will assist the working groups that will analyze and offer priority services.
