Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Alexandar Tsvetkov made a demonstration launch together with the two Bulgarian ATV drivers who will participate in the world rally racing Dakar 2011. This happened today in the village of Dulboki Dol next to Troyan, where were officially presented the Bulgarian pilots Todor Hristov and Peter Tsenkov.

During the event Minister Alexandar Tsvetkov expressed his support to the Bulgarian pilots and said that their participation in the Dakar 2011 is a great achievement. He wished the pilots success and the best possible performance.

For the first time in the history of the most prestigious race Dakar rally will include Bulgarian pilots with ATVs. This is the thirty-third edition of the legendary race, which took place for many years in Africa but since 2009 it takes place in South America. The Bulgarians were invited to the team of the largest private club in Europe - the French "MD Rally Sport, whose owner and manager is Antoine Morel.
