Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Alexandar Tsvetkov sent today by Telepost congratulatory telegram to the Bulgarian commissioner Kristalina Georgieva on the occasion of her election for Commissioner of the Year.
This remarkable success is another reason for national pride and proof that the EU is a major factor when it comes to tackling global crises and humanitarian assistance was noted in the sent telegram.
