We are to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in cyber-defense between NATO and the Computer Security Incident Response Center, said the Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Parvan Rusinov to the participants in the conference “NATO’s policy on cyber-defense”.

The document will regulate the exchange of information and services on cyber security and the participation in joint activities. The interagency working group with representatives from the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Ministry of Defence, State Agency "National Security" and the State Commission on Information Security were given the task to negotiate the terms of the signing of this MoU. The text has been approved by NATO and is about to be coordinated with the relevant ministries and submitted to the Council of Ministers.
