One of the most circulated postage stamps for 2011 is already on the postal market 07.01.2011

One of the four mail philatelic editions, planned to be printed in the highest circulation in 2011 is already put into circulation. The topic of the mail-philatelic edition is Antarctica and represents one of the inhabitants of the Ice Continent – the leopard tulle. 

The edition is printed in 200 000 copies. The artist of the project is Stoyan Dechev.

 The topic of the postage stamp is chosen because of the enormous interest in the Ice Continent, where there is a Bulgarian post office.
