The effect of the parallel development of networks for rapid internet and e-services will be noticed in 2013. By the middle of 2013 are expected to be constructed networks for rapid internet in the rural areas where people are isolated from the information services in default of investor interest. The initiative of the state for construction of the infrastructure will reduce the initial investment of the telecommunication operators concerning encroachment territory with a population with low income. The first phase of the project has started. It is expected to be entrusted the construction of the networks in February next year, said Parvan Rusinov. |
