The Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Parvan Rusinov inaugurated a forum “The software market – the way ahead”. The forum is organized by BMG with the support of the Bulgarian Assosiation of Information Technologies (BAIT) and the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (CEIBG).
The Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications fixes as its priorities the development of the e-governance, the access and the broadly use of fast internet, stimulating the researches and the innovations as well as a creation of favourable environment for e-business, said the Deputy Minister Rusinov.
The access to the modern infrastructure and services is a precondition the citizens to take advantage at the most of the e-services. The e-governance provides more transparency and accountancy, as well as inclusion of the citizens and the structures of the civil society in the governance processes.
Parvan Rusinov emphasized the efforts of MTITC for improvement the use of the EU programs for financing of projects with Bulgarian participation. In the Seventh Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development and the Programme for support of ICT policies in the Operational Programme “Competitiveness and innovations – beneficiaries are universities, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, technology companies, NGO’s. |
