The Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications (MTITC) Parvan Rusinov took part in the opening of a seminar on telecoms regulators from Francophone countries. 

After the liberalization of the sector of e-communications, the Bulgarian consumers can choose between great number of products and services suppliers and take advantage of the most advantageous conditions, offered by the operators with regard to price and quality, accentuated in his speech Parvan Rusinov. He indicated that the new rules in the Law on Electronic Communications will contribute to the consolidation of the competition in the telecom market as well as will make the consumers interest protection more effective.
