The Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev opened on Saturday, 17 December 2005 the fully renovated bridge on the River Pjasacnic, near the village Starosel.

The district governor of Plovdiv Todor Petkov and the Mayor of Starosel attended the ceremony.
