The rapid Internet and the e-governance are priorities in the cooperation agreement with China 24.06.2011

The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Ivaylo Moskovski and the Minister of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China Miao Wei signed a cooperation agreement between the two countries in the information technology and communications field.

Priority issues in the document are the high speed internet, the e-governance, the information security, the support for the business relations and the development of the human resources capacity.

The agreement gives the opportunity the information technology and communications to became one of the most important areas in the cooperation between Bulgaria and China, said minister Ivaylo Moskovski during the bilateral talks.

The main purpose of the Chinese delegation visit, led by minister Miao Wei, was the discussion of the possibilities for acceleration and extension of the common activities in the field of the information technology and communications. In the delegation program were also included meetings with representatives of the Bulgarian branch organizations in the area.
