After long negotiations between representatives of  MTITC and “Bulgaria Air” at 18:00 today will be performed flights from Varna to St. Peterburg to transport 139 Russian tourists, Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications said in front of the journalists.

The transportation will be paid by the Russian tour operators. Next flights which are planned for September, 16 and 23, will be negotiated, the Minister added.

“Bulgaria Air” does not refuse to cooperate, we have it’s support. Even now they are transporting passengers on the vacancies of the regular flights. We believe that if they continue in this direction, sanctions won’t be necessary, said Minister Moskovski.

The flight, which was carried out by the government plane was entirely humanitarian. This flight was a gesture from our country and the Prime Minister Boyko Borissov to the situation. By this flight were transported mostly mothers with children, some pregnant women and a diabetic, said Minister Moskovski.
