Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moskovski put into circulation a postage stamp devoted to the occasion of 10 years "Tema" magazine. "A serious issue for serious people" - said minister Moskovski during the event.
The issue contains one postage stamp with face value 0.65 levs and circulation of 4015 copies. The artist of the project is Edo Tsitorin. So far, postal philatelic products had been devoted to the Bulgarian National Television, Bulgarian National Radio, the newspaper "Trud" and others.
