Over 2100 passengers have traveled on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast with two vessels type "comet" that were put into use this season. Service was restored thanks to the active role of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications, after more than twenty years of interruption.

In less than two months, from 20 July to 12 September, 1858 adults and 298 children have traveled to both destinations: Nessebar - Ravda – Nessebar, Nessebar - Varna - Nessebar. This service is expected to become increasingly more popular and to attract about 20 000 passengers per season.

This service is very important on the Black Sea coast, not only because it offers fast prediction, but also it is an attraction for all tourists. "Port Varna" EAD and "Port of Burgas" JSC realize revenue of 0.50 euros per adult and  0.25 euros per child. The capacity of each of the two vessels is 124 passengers.
