Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Valery Borissov, attended the press conference connected with completion of the project for  e-governance in Northern Bulgaria. Pleven’s administration is the first that successfully passed the difficult way and implement electronic services, said the Deputy Minister.

This is a big project - 12 regional and 74 municipal administrations will be able to use convenient and secure electronic services, such as issuing address certificates, kinship and marital status, Valery Borissov added.

Developed information systems and services under municipal and state property can easily be used with very few changes.

The project "Better services through e-governance in the North, North Central and Northeastern regions for planning" is funded by the European Social Fund and the state budget through the Operational Programme "Administrative Capacity".
