Snowman is featured on the special postage stamps and envelopes, which were put into use today. 100,000 postal-philatelic edition copies will bring additional festive mood in the correspondence in December.
The nominal value of postage stamps is 0.65 BGN, the circulation of illustrated envelope is 4015 pcs. Artist of the projects is Yana Levieva.
Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications issues each year a specific postal-philatelic editions of two major holidays - Christmas and Easter.
