Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications published a draft ordinance amending Ordinance №1 from 2006 on procedures for granting, commissioning and decommissioning of postage stamps, postal products and special postage stamps.

The project allows "Bulgarian Posts" EAD legally to put into use stamps with variable print and with custom vignettes to them on request and on behalf of individual clients - individuals and legal people. Custom decal is an additional part to the postmark, separated from it by punching, no par value. It contains an image or text, requested by the client.

On one hand, this option will allow the "Bulgarian Posts" EAD to diversify the services they perform, on the other - many organizations and people can send letters with personalized postage stamp.
