Bulgarian organizations may participate in the European Commission’s consultation about electronic payments 01.02.2012

Bulgarian organizations may be included in the consultation launched by European Commission on improving the electronic payments through the Internet and mobile phones. Discussion is about the Green Paper for an integrated European market for cards, internet and mobile payments.

The Commission considers that electronic payments are essential for all users, no matter if they shop in stores or online. One of the ideas is cross-border and national payments to be treated equally.

The Commission expects the views of interested parties until April 11, 2012 on e-mail: markt-sepa@ec.europa.eu. After careful analysis of the results the Commission will announce its’ further steps.
