The Council of Ministers approved changes concerning expenditure eligibility of OP”Transport” funded by structural funds and the Cohesion Fund in the 2007-2013 programming period.
The decree provides clarification of several provisions in order to detail the rules for eligibility and specify the categories of expenditure within the funding program. It defines conditions for leasing operations; for archaeological research; purchase of land, built real estate and fixed assets, financed by the program. It also determines the requirements and the cost of salaries of persons directly engaged in activities of the organization, management and / or implementation of projects such as the size shall comply with the Ordinance on salaries of administrative personnel. The decision identifies ineligible costs under the program, too. The decree sets detailed eligible costs of the Priority Axis "Technical assistance". |
