National flags of countries whose teams participate in a starting today European Football Championship in Poland and Ukraine, are depicted on the stamp. On the occasion of the great sporting event, Ministries of Transport and Communications put into use special postal stamp collectors-edition. It consists of a postage stamp, envelope and a special pictorial postmark.

Nominal value of the stamps is 1,00 lev. Artist of the project is Svetlin Balezdrov.
