The Deputy Prime Minister and the Transport Minister put into use postcard dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Special Courier Service.
The special post was established in 1951 under the Ministry of Posts, Telegraphs and Telephones. Since 2010 it is under the Ministry of Interior. By this philatelic edition we express our appreciation for the professionalism of all employees who are responsible for confidential state correspondence, Minister Moskovski said during the ceremony.
The circulation of the illustrated card is 1013 pcs. Artist of the project is Lyudmil Vesselinov.
