Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Ivaylo Moskovski opened concession bids for port Burgas-West and Central Railway Station Plovdiv
For port terminal "Burgas - West" there is one candidate - "Maritime Port Burgas" EAD and for Central Railway Station Plovdiv - DZZD "Railway Station - Plovdiv".
Concession period for both procedures is 35 years, which aims to stimulate and motivate the concessionaire to invest and develop long-term concession object. The starting date of the concessions is the date of entry into force of the concession contract.
Submitted tenders for concession procedures will be considered according to the Concessions Act: Economic and financial condition, suitability to pursue the professional activities, technical capabilities and professional qualifications. |
