Bike ride "Orange bicycle tour" will be held in Sofia on the National Day of the Netherlands. The opening of the route is Friday, April 26, 2013, at 3.30p.m., from the Dutch Embassy in 15 Oborishte Street. The route of the bicycle tour will highlight the Dutch cultural and economic ties with Bulgaria.

The initiative aims to encourage efforts to promote the bicycle as an alternative means of transport for movement in urban environment. "Orange bicycle tour" is part of the "All on wheels" initiative for sustainable mobility and safe bicycle movement, supported by the Dutch Embassy in Bulgaria, association "Veloevolution", "Dutch bicycle society", University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, and others.

Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications supports the "Orange bicycle tour" initiative.
