In view of the ruling adopted today by the Council of Ministers on the amendment of the Rules on the regulation of the rights exercised by the state in commercial companies with state participation in the capital, adopted with Ruling № 112 of the Council of Ministers from 2003, the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications has published a reference by 31 March 2013 on the state enterprises and commercial companies with over 50 per cent state participation in the capital and the enterprises it controls, with a net book value of cash over 3 million BGN and net exposure to a single bank over 25 per cent.

With the Council of Ministers’ act the requirement for net exposure to a single credit or financial institution not to exceed 25 per cent of the total amount of the contracting party’s cash has been introduced. The information shall be published on the web page of the body, which exercises the rights of the state in the corresponding enterprise, by the 30th of the month after the completion of the three-month accounting period.

With regard to this requirement we have published the data relevant by 31 March 2013.
