An organization for the distribution of Digital Terrestrial TV vouchers for the socially disadvantaged has been established 15.07.2013

The Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Social Assistance Agency and “Bulgarian Post” established an organization dedicated to the distribution of Digital Terrestrial TV vouchers for socially disadvantaged citizens.

Today began the transportation of vouchers to the respective regions as well as scheduling preparations for their distribution to citizens.  They will be informed of the place of receipt by the local social assistance services, where energy assistance is received.

Initially vouchers will be provided to around 124,000 underprivileged Bulgarians from the North-West district with the administrative centers of Vidin, Vratsa, Lovech, Montana, Pleven; North-East district with the administrative centers of Varna, Dobrich, Targovishte and Shumen; South Central district with the centers of Kardzhali, Pazardzhik , Plovdiv, Smolyan, Haskovo and Sofia, covering the territory of the "Social Assistance" - "Oborishte".
