The Minister of Transport Information Technology and Communications Danail Papazov appointed Ivan Karnabitov as the new Executive Director of Plovdiv Airport. The former director Doychin Angelov was dismissed from his post.
Ivan Karnabitov is a longstanding employee of Plovdiv Airport. From 1994 to 2006 he worked in the “Public Transportation” division of the Airport during the winter charter programmes. Between 2003 and 2004, he served as a tour operator for “Eurotours” LTD. From 2006 to 2008 he was a specialist in “Trade policy and marketing” for the Airport and from 2008 until early this year he served as head of the department.
Changes took place in Airport Plovdiv’s Board of Director as well. Ivanka Petkova was appointed as a new member of the board. |
