The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Danail Papazov, signed the order for the appointment of Valentin Petkov as a CEO of "Bulgarian Posts" Ltd. Plamen Pavlov, who previously held the position, was dismissed due to the unsatisfactory financial performance of the company.

Valentin Petkov has over 30 years experience in the field of communications. He was a member of the Board of Directors of "Bulgarian Posts" Ltd and a Deputy CEO of the company.
