A supplementary agreement was signed for the recognition of a Bulgarian operator on the line Varna - Caucasus. The agreement was signed by the Deputy Ministers of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Anton Ginev and Petar Kirov at MTITC.

A meeting was held between the two deputy ministers with representatives of the Holding BDZ, BDZ - Freight services , Varnaferry Ltd., the Chairman of the Board of the Bulgarian- Russian Chamber of Commerce Prof. Dr. Zhelyu Dobrev and the Deputy Chairman of the National Association of Bulgarian Forwarders Georgi Minchev .

The inclusion of the Bulgarian seaside operator Varnaferry in the operation of the ferry line Varna (Bulgaria) - Caucasus (Russian Federation) was discussed. The parties to the main agreement for the operation of the ferry line - Holding BDZ and BDZ - Freight services and the maritime operator Varnaferry Ltd., signed the text agreed upon with the Russian party auxiliary to the main Agreement, under which Varnaferry is recognized as the operator on the Bulgarian side in the marine section of Varna - Caucasus.
