Minister Danail Papazov donates 46 computers to two high schools in Varna and Dobrich 17.05.2014

The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Danail Papazov donated 46 computer sets to"Mikhail Vasilievich Lomonosov" Vocational School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Dobrich and Varna Naval School "Nikolai Chudotvorets".

The donated computers will be used for professional training of students. Graduates of the Varna Naval School will be trained in "Transport Logistics", "IT systems in transport " and others. Another area that the students from both schools in Varna and Dobrich will be trained in is computer-aided design and advertising.

Minister Danail Papazov reported that two homes for the elderly in Varna and Dobrich will be donated computer equipment and software at the amount of $ 7,000 under a joint project of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications and the International Telecommunication Union. This will help elderly people communicate with their relatives.

Within the joint project for accessible information and telecommunications services for persons with disabilities in Central and Eastern Europe computers and specialized software had already been donated to two schools for children with impared vision in Sofia and Varna.
