The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Nikolina Angelkova appointed the Financial Director of Holding BDZ EAD Philip Aleksiev as a new member of the Board of Directors to replace Orlin Dimov.
Mr. Aleksiev ha a master degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. He has been working as a Financial Director with Holding BDZ EAD since 2013. Before that he gained managerial experience in various transport and financial companies. He has also worked at the Financial Supervision Commission and the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Vladimir Zinoviev is the new member of the Board of Directors of Sofia Airport EAD to replace Dinko Zhelev.
Mr. Ziinoviev has a PhD in International Law and Relations. HE also has three master degrees in International Relations, International Economic Relations and Bulgarian Language Studies. He started his career in 2000 at the German Technical Cooperation State Agency. He also has also worked in companies in the field of telecommunications and energy. |
