The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications and Communications exercises the ownership rights of the state in 22 trade companies and state enterprises. Eight secondary usherettes on their budget are under the Minister’s ownership right. In all 31 structures the total number of their managers, who are appointed by the Minister is 68.
