The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moskovski appointed Emanuela Spassova as a councillor in the political cabinet. She will advise the Minister on the development of differnt modes of transport and e-government.
In the past five years Emanuela Spassova was twice a member of the Permanent Committee on transport, information technology and communications at the National Assembly. Currently she has been working in the air transport sector. She graduated the Higher University of Forestry in Sofia as an engineer and speaks English.
