The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moskovski took part in the 3352nd regular meeting of the EU Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council (TTE), in the “Transport” session, which was held today in Brussels.

The transport ministers adopted the Conclusions on transport infrastructure and the TEN-T network within the framework of the mid-term review of the strategy Europe 2020. Bulgaria supported the general approach on two legislative proposals from the Single European Sky packet (SES II+), as well as the Progress Report on the proposal for Directive 2012/34/ЕС on opening the internal services market for railway passenger transportations and railway infrastructure management and the proposal for Regulation №1371/2007 on opening the internal services market for railway passenger transportations.

During the Council meeting Minister Moskovski held a series of meetings with commissioners and transport ministers.

Minister Moskovski wished good luck and success to Commissioner Violeta Bulc when implementing the priorities of the new Commission.

During the bilateral meetings with the transport ministers of Austria, Spain and Germany various transport issues of mutual interest were discussed.
